METAL PROFILED SHEET CLADDING/ ROOFING
Our Scope of Works
Expanded Metal Mesh can be processed into architectural mesh designs including:
a) External wall cladding. b) Internal wall cladding. c) Roof cladding.
Detailed Design of all interfaces with adjoining trades shall be arranged prior to commencement of manufacture.
Expanded Metal Cladding Panels:
Framed expanded metal lath cladding panels to internal and external walls.
Framed expanded metal lath cladding panels to roof areas.
We offer this type of cladding panels in attending tenders or export direclty.
When we submit a tender, our tender design response shall include:
i) Samples where specified. ii) List of Tests included.
iii) QA/QC programme.
iv) List of proposed Working Drawings.
v) Summary of deviations from the Specification.
vi) Outline technical specifications reflecting proposed materials/systems. vii) A list of proposed suppliers and sub-contractors intended to be used.
Samples, Mock-ups, Prototypes and Quality Benchmarks
Expanded Metal Cladding Panels are offered with products Samples before or Shipment:
a) Samples of each type of expanded metal lath 500mm x 500mm minimum size with specified finishes.
b) Samples of each type of framing 500mm in length with specified finishes.
c) Sample of miniature panels incorporating expanded metal lath welded into frame to demonstrate manufacturing quality.
d) Samples of support system and fixings.
Prototype to include triangular and rectangular mesh cladding, stainless steel cladding of footing and metal panels at junction to recessed cladding.
Expanded metal cladding of truss at G.a and s.18 at 3rd floor level. Nominal width 6m wide by 6m high.
Prototype to include triangular and rectangular mesh cladding, junctions to Sierpinski prop and metal panel wall cladding of cantilevered wall behind.
Off-Site testing of The Expanded Metal Wall and Roof Cladding Sheets:
a) The Contractor may provide data from previous independently certified tests to demonstrate
that the Contractor's proposed systems meet the performance requirements of the Specification. The information shall be to the entire satisfaction of the Client’s Representative.
b) If suitable data to demonstrate compliance with the performance requirements is not available, provide prototypes of each type and have them independently tested in accordance with the testing criteria indicated in the Specification.
c) Independently certified test data, as applicable, shall include static and dynamic results, and
Agrément certificates.
Test Requirements for the Expanded Metal Cladding Panels:
Include for testing by an accredited independent testing specialist or provide independently certified test data to demonstrate compliance with the Specification for the following:
a) Movement testing.
b) Load testing.
c) Deflection testing.
d) Wind loads.
e) Thermal movement.
f) Moisture movement.
